Mr. Richard has over 25 years of R&D experience in the high tech industry.   Presently at PolarSat, he leads our product development team that is comprised of highly skilled engineers in architectural design, hardware development and software development activities related to complex communications systems and maintenance.Mr. Richard holds a B.Sc. in Math & Computer Sciences from McGill University.
