Limited Warranty on New Products
Subject to the limitations contained herein, PolarSat warrants its new products to be free from material defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and services, for a twelve (12) month period (unless modified) commencing upon the date of shipment of each product unit. In no event will PolarSat be liable for consequential misuse or damages.

If a product does not operate as warranted above during the applicable warranty period, PolarSat shall, at its sole option and expense, repair the defective item or refund the customer, the purchase price paid for the defective product.

Items needing repair require submission of a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") Request Form prior to shipment.
